Security Supervisor Jobs – Xclusive UgandaThis job falls under:Other Jobs in UgandaJob Title: Security Supervisor Organisation: Xclusive UgandaDuty Station: Kampala, Uganda About Organisation: Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues. Job Summary: To oversee and coordinate daily security operations, safeguard company personnel and property, supervise outsourced security personnel, respond to and investigate security incidents, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities of security guards.
Investigate security incidents, report risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Supervise, schedule, and support security personnel to ensure effective team performance.
Conduct boundary inspections, report encroachments, and maintain secure company boundaries.
Maintain security records and reports, communicate management directives, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
‘O’ level’ or ‘A’ level certificate with past experience in security, preferably ex-soldier or ex- police officer
Over 5- years working experience in a security role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities).
Ability to enforce compliance and maintain discipline
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for monitoring How to Apply: Are you interested?
