Job Description
Nutrawell Africa Limited is looking for a responsible, experienced, and results-driven Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that our teams are working efficiently toward our business goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating employees, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, supporting sales and customer service operations, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. The Manager will work closely with the directors and other department heads to improve productivity, solve operational challenges, and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who can lead a team, make sound decisions, communicate effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the company's daily operations.
Supervise employees and ensure that assigned duties are completed effectively.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and monitor performance against them.
Lead, motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve their targets.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall performance.
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and standards.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and assist the team in achieving revenue targets.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Prepare regular reports on staff performance, sales, operations, and other key activities.
Coordinate training and onboarding of new employees.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Handle workplace issues professionally and escalate serious matters to management when necessary.
Ensure proper communication between management and employees.
Help develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and business growth.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
Ensure company resources and equipment are used responsibly.
Support management in implementing new projects, systems, and business initiatives.
Perform other management duties as assigned by the directors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in a management, supervisory, operations, or team leadership role.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and deliver measurable results.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic business management tools.
Strong reporting and administrative skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.
Experience managing sales teams, call-center teams, customer service teams, or a growing business will be an added advantage.
