Duties and Responsibilities

Communicate with staff, customers or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Liaising with the Group Hardware team on: implementing group strategy; understanding hardware devices and mechanisms; setting repair guidelines; brainstorming to come up with quicker and more effective repair techniques. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, when deemed necessary). Prioritizing and managing many open cases at the same time. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers. Qualifications,

Skills

and Experience: Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role: Degree qualified in Electrical and electronic Engineering or related programs.Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role: Proven work experiences as a hardware engineer with minimum of 2 years’ CompetenciesTechnical Electrical engineering Functional Experiences to train and educate technicians. Strong oral and written communication skills, Innovative thinker and problem solver.Behavioural Ability to effectively research and solve complex technical issues. Ability to work individually with multitasking and in a team.
