Job description
They are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Floor Attendant to deliver excellent service, support sales, and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Handle transactions and manage POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is required, at least 2-3years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
- Professional skills in sales e.g.-upselling and cross selling.
- Exposure to merchandising and display management
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English and basic administrative skills.
