What You’ll Gain

- Exposure to invoice processing, payment tracking, and document management using SharePoint.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Save, organize, and file financial documents and records on SharePoint for internal and external reporting.
- Track payments and liaise with other departments on outstanding amounts.
- Identify and address discrepancies related to purchase invoices and receipts.
- Support administrative tasks, e.g. approving Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs).
- Support the finance team during financial and tax audits by preparing and organizing supporting documents.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the line manager and/or senior management.
Skills and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum qualification of CPA Section 4
- Proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling files and records.
- Results-oriented and able to prioritize effectively and multitask to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately and consistently.
