Job description
They are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales, profitability, and achievement of targets.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the branch team.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage stock availability, inventory control, and stock movements.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, visual standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
