Requirements:A minimum of a National Diploma or Degree.
A minimum of 5+ years' sales experience.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.Experience within financial services, SME lending, merchant acquiring, fintech, or a related industry is advantageous.Proficiency in AI and data analytics is essential.Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets in line with business expectations.Utilise, update, and assess all reporting and sales tools, including salesforce.Set monthly and quarterly regional sales goals and performance reports.Communicate commission structures and earnings to the sales team.Successfully deliver additional initiatives and meet national sales executive expectations.Manage the regional sales team in line with agreed KPIs.Conduct staff performance evaluations against KPIs, development goals, and objectives.Identify and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.Develop, implement, and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve continual business growth.Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and support regional growth initiatives through site visits and change management.
