Technical requirements
7+ years hands-on experience managing enterprise network environments and teams.In-depth knowledge of Cisco switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus) and Cisco DNA Center.Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), STP variants, VXLAN, multicast, QoS, and SD Access concepts.Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible/Git) and infrastructure-as-code practices.Solid understanding of NAC (Cisco ISE), firewall policies, and segmentation.Soft Skills & Organizational RequirementsAbility to develop and present technical strategies to leadership.Strong documentation capability and adherence to change control & ITIL processes.Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and operational discipline.Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field (essential).Professional certifications:
o CCNP enterprise (required)
o CCIE enterprise infrastructure (preferred but not essential)
o Additional certifications such as JNCIP/JNCIE, Aruba, Fortinet NSE, or network automation credentials (advantageous).
