Job description

Operation of the Flexographic narrow web press  MPS410 label press in a dynamic label printing envionment Key responsibilities: Set up and operate a Mount and register flexo plates accuratelySelect and install the correct aniloxes, print cylinders and die cutting cylindersSetup inks and maintain correct viscosity and colourPerform accurate colour matchingSet and maintain correct print pressure and registrationSetup and monitor web tensionSetup and operate inline finishingMinimum requirements: Previous experience operating a flexographic narrow web press, ideally MPS 410Good attention to detailGood knowledge of inks, substrates and printing platesAbility to read and understand job cards and production specificationsAbility to work independently and part of a team
