• Food sector University graduate, with a certified degree.
• Demonstrable experience of handling professional and casual staff.
• Ability to plan, to keep records, to meet targets, to improve efficiency, to maintain high quality standards.
• Good knowledge of workings of industrial dehydrators and coldstores.
• Excellent references.
