What We’re Looking For
- 20+ Years Experience in heavy commercial vehicle operations & driver coaching.
- Expert Scania Mastery — Deep hands-on knowledge of Scania trucks, Opticruise transmission, Retarder systems, and FMS telematics.
- Clean HGV/CE License with a stellar safety track record.
- Eco-Driving Expert focused on safety, load security, and fuel efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and evaluate new fleet drivers.
- Deliver advanced Scania technical & defensive driving training.
- Monitor telematics to optimize driver safety & reduce fuel costs.
- Conduct in-cab coaching and accident remediation.
