Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain dealers for DSTV and GOTV pipeline
• Develop strong distribution networks
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Uphold high execution standards
• Manage buffer days & stocking levels

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG, Telco, or Electronics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in the field.
