Salary Range KSh 30,000

  • KSh 50,000/month

Salary

Starting salary: KES 40,000 per month, subject to salary review upon successful completion of probation.

The Insurance Institute of East Africa (IIEA) is seeking a proactive, organised and professional Training Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of training programmes while providing administrative and marketing support to the Institute.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training programmes from planning to execution.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.

Represent the Institute professionally in meetings and stakeholder engagements as delegated.

Provide administrative support to management.

Support marketing and communication activities for the Institute.

Undertake any other duties assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education or a related field.

At least two (2) years' relevant experience in administration, training coordination, marketing or a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Added Advantage

Experience in graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing.
