About Organisation
Ascendra is built on a network that runs wide and deep at the same time. Wide, because we market across every field rather than the handful that are fashionable, and deep, because we only open enrollment where our employer network is real. That combination is what lets us speak to labour dynamics sector by sector instead of in generalities.
