Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Professional qualification in Insurance or demonstrated progress (ACII, CII, or IIK).
- At least 2 years’ experience in selling general insurance products.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan insurance industry and market.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
