Job description

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience* in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality establishment.
• Possess knowledge of bar operations, beverage preparation, stock control, and cash/POS handling.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be honest, responsible, well-organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in stock taking and preparation of bar or sales reports will be an added advantage.
