Key Responsibilities
Daily deliveries to various service providers. Release of various logistics files. Running of general office requirements. Engaging Customs for clearance of freight. Problem solving in consultation with coordinator. To make sure that all documentation is in order and acquitted. Ensure all Administration is conducted effective and efficiently.
Requirements
Grade 12 Valid code C1 Driver’s license. Computer literate in MS office. One (1) years’ experience in Freight / Logistics or similar environment will be advantageous. Able to uphold and respect ethics and to conduct activities with integrity, honesty, patience and flexibility. Ability to function effectively under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with ability to plan and manage own work, takes initiative, and strives to meet deadlines. Be able to work in multicultural environment, functioning independently and within a team. Highly organised.
