  • Maintain accurate, complete, legible, and timely patient records within the Electronic Health Record system or manual registers.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs, clinical audits, and internal clinical governance processes.
  • Promote safe prescribing and rational, cost-effective use of medicines within the facility.

Billing, Insurance & Relationship Management

  • Ensure consultations, procedures, and clinical services are properly documented for accurate charge capture.
  • Work with billing and administrative teams to support real-time claim documentation for private insurers and the Social Health Authority.

  • Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, professional ethics, and the brand reputation of the facility.

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in private practice setups or hospital outpatient environments is an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong clinical diagnostic, case management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make independent medical decisions with professional accountability and ethics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
  • Ability to explain medical diagnoses, treatment options, and treatment costs clearly and compassionately.
