Makandi Tea and Coffee Estates seeks to employ a qualified and experienced Security Officer teanable in Thyolo district.SECURITY OFFICERKey Responsibilities:Ensure the overall security and safety of the estate’s premises, assets, personnel, and visitors.Monitor and control access points.Conduct regular patrols and report any security breaches or incidents.Enforce estate security protocols and procedures.Liaise with surrounding community leaders and other concerned parties in issues to do with security.Requirements:Proven experience in a security role, preferably within an agricultural or estate environment.Strong observational and reporting skills.High level of integrity and discipline.Ability to work shifts.ASSISTANT FIELD MANAGER – MACADAMIAMakandi Estates is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Field Manager to oversee operations within its Macadamia division.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Field Manager in the day-to-day management of macadamia orchards.Supervise field staff and coordinate daily activities.Monitor crop health, irrigation, and implement pest and disease control measures.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all field operations.Requirements:Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.Practical experience in crop production, with a preference for macadamia or tree nut farming.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work hands-on in the field.To Apply:Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter to hrm@makanditea.com or The Human Resources Manager, Makandi Tea and Coffee Estates Ltd, P.O.
