Job Description
Position: Transport ClerkCompany: Rab Processors LtdLocation: Lilongwe Branch, MalawiQualifications:Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Management, or related fieldKnowledge of fleet management systems and GPS trackingComputer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and WordA minimum of 2 years' experienceKey Responsibilities:Monitor and track vehicles using GPS tracking systemsMaintain accurate records for all company vehiclesUpdate and manage vehicle log books and movement recordsMonitor and analyze fuel consumption for all vehiclesPrepare transport and fuel usage reportsSchedule vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenanceInvestigate abnormal fuel usage or vehicle misuseEnsure proper documentation of trips and mileageEnsure vehicles comply with licensing, insurance and road safety requirementsSupport the transport department in daily administrative dutiesHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit the following:Cover LetterResume/CVCopies of CertificatesApplications should be addressed to:Assistant Human Resources ManagerRab Processors LimitedP.O.
