Job Description

Position: Logistics ClerkCompany: Rab Processors LtdLocation: Lilongwe Branch, MalawiQualifications:Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)A certificate or diploma in Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Fleet Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field would be an added advantageComputer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and WordA minimum of 2 years' experienceKey Responsibilities:Monitor and follow up on each truck trip from the dispatch office to the customer's destination and back to the dispatch officeMonitor GPS alerts, including unauthorized stoppages, excessive speeding, and power interruptions or cut-offsReport all incidents, alerts, and other irregularities to management for appropriate actionMonitor internal CCTV footage to identify and report any security incidents or suspicious activitiesPrepare daily reports indicating the location of each truck and the reasons for any stoppages or delaysReport faulty GPS devices, equipment malfunctions, and other tracking-related issues to the relevant suppliers and supervisorsReceive, verify, and follow up on drivers' reports concerning delays, stoppages, breakdowns, and other incidents occurring during transitPerform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to timeHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit the following:Cover LetterResume/CVCopies of CertificatesApplications should be addressed to:Assistant Human Resources ManagerRab Processors LimitedP.O.
