Store Manager – Fashion Retail, Lusaka, Ndola or Kitwe

Job description

TopFloor Limited is recruiting a Store Manager for a client in fashion and lifestyle retail. The position is full time and on site in Lusaka, Ndola or Kitwe, Zambia; applicants choose their preferred location in the application form. The manager will lead store sales, customer service, staff performance, stock control and day-to-day operations, and will use sales and stock data to improve results.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Operations Management; 2–3 years of fashion retail experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; sales and customer service ability; commercial understanding of sales, margins, inventory and store KPIs; proficiency with POS or retail systems, Microsoft Office and basic reporting; and knowledge of visual merchandising.
