Finance Manager (FMCG) – TopFloor, Lusaka

Job description

TopFloor Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager for a client in food, hospitality and FMCG in Lusaka, Zambia. This full-time, on-site role leads financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance and internal controls. The manager will maintain QuickBooks records, prepare management accounts and forecasts, oversee branch-level financial performance and provide financial analysis to the CEO.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; at least four years of hands-on financial management experience; essential QuickBooks proficiency; knowledge of Zambian tax and statutory obligations; experience with multi-site controls; strong Excel and financial reporting skills; and valid ZICA membership.
