Finance Manager – Digital Payments Group, Lusaka

Job description

TopFloor Limited is recruiting a Finance Manager for a client that operates a digital payment aggregation platform and a group of companies. Based on site in Lusaka, Zambia, the full-time manager will lead group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, regulatory compliance and internal controls. The role partners with the CEO and executive team on financial strategy and performance across multiple entities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; at least eight years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including five years in management or senior finance leadership; essential multi-entity group experience and consolidated reporting; knowledge of IFRS, tax, treasury and controls; experience with ERP or accounting systems; a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia or CPA; and ZICA membership.
