Job description
TopFloor Limited is recruiting four Bank Clerks for a financial services client in Zambia. The roles are full time and on site, with locations listed as Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, Kasama and Solwezi. Bank Clerks will process deposits and authorised withdrawals, record and verify daily cash transactions, reconcile the cash register with the general ledger, protect cash and accountable items, respond to customer queries and maintain branch records.

Requirements
A ZAQA-verified diploma or degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent field; at least one year of relevant experience in a similar environment; strong numerical accuracy, communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and secure record keeping; a clean police record and TransUnion Zambia credit record. Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services membership is preferred.
