(ASSET SECURED – MATERO BRANCH)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Targets & Customer Acquisition
Customer Retention & Relationships
Portfolio Growth & Quality
Quality Loan Applications
Compliance with Lending Policies

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI)
Proven sales & portfolio management experience
Strong analytical skills
