Qualifications

• BSc Engineering, Production Management, or Science-related fields.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and coordinating all brewing operations to consistently produce high-quality products in accordance with company specifications, recipes, and production plans. The role ensures optimal management of people, processes, equipment, and systems to meet sales demand, quality standards, and operational efficiency targets.
