Engineering Jobs, Brava Food Industries Jobs. Responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth production processes. Requires relevant training in food processing, production, manufacturing, or a related field. The position is based in Kenya and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in the beverage industry.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit to work long/rotating shifts
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift and handle raw materials within approved limits
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and climb stairs/platforms
• Good hand and arm coordination for handling valves, hoses, tools and equipment
• Able to operate and monitor syrup tanks, mixers, pumps and related equipment with an understanding of the Wild Indag process
• Able to monitor automated process parameters and ensure syrup preparation is carried out according to approved recipes, specifications and operating procedures
• Good vision and hearing to read gauges and identify equipment abnormalities
• Able to work safely in hot, noisy and wet production environments while wearing PPE
• Able to perform all essential duties safely and consistently
