Hospitality Jobs. Holiday Inn Jobs. Food & Beverage Supervisor supervising daily operations of restaurants, bar, and banqueting, requiring a Diploma in Food & Beverage Management with 3+ years F&B experience in a supervisory role, in a hospitality environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bar, banqueting and other F&B outlets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation and product quality.
•  Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct daily briefings and effectively coordinate team activities.
• Monitor staff performance, deployment and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, HACCP, food safety, health and safety requirements. • Monitor stock, inventories, wastage and departmental cost controls.
• Support F&B promotions, revenue initiatives and achievement of departmental targets.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Assist the F&B Manager with reporting, scheduling, training and other administrative duties.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a reputable hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, inventory and cost-control procedures.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in an international/IHG hotel environment will be an added advantage.
