Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Stock Auditor to help maintain accurate inventory records, verify stock movements, and support strong stock control across branches and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and surprise stock audits across branches and warehouses.
• Verify physical stock against ERP or system records.
• Investigate shortages, overages, and unusual stock movements.
• Review stock transactions, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.
• Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and reconciliation records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or supply chain certification is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years’ experience in stock auditing, inventory control, internal audit, or related role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, warehousing, or multi-branch operations is highly desirable.
• Experience using ERP, inventory, or accounting systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stock auditing and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of ERP and inventory systems.
• Good report-writing and documentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of inventory control and audit principles.
