Standard Bank of South Africa is recruiting an Outbound Sales Consultant for a 12-month contract based at Simmonds Street, Johannesburg, Gauteng. Requirements
FAIS-recognised National Certificate in Banking at NQF 5 or an equivalent relevant qualification; meet the applicable FAIS Fit and Proper requirements. At least 12 continuous months in a target-driven telesales or outbound sales role, preferably in banking, insurance or financial services. Candidates should be able to engage clients by phone, handle objections, meet sales targets and use sales or customer relationship systems. Knowledge of Funeral Plans and Life Insurance is advantageous.
