Requirements

Qualifications. training and regulatory requirements: Minimum requirements Recognised short-term insurance qualificationCompleted RE5 certificationUp-to-date product specific training for commercial and personal linesCompleted class of business training for commercial and personal linesUp-to-date CPD compliancePreferred / advantageous: Additional specialist commercial insurance trainingExperience with directly related personal lines businessProven success in new business generation, portfolio retention, and portfolio growthStrong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and market stakeholdersAdvanced technical knowledge of commercial products, underwriting, and claims environment Experience requirement: Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the short-term insurance industryMinimum three (3) years in an Account Executive or similar client-facing broking roleExperience servicing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clientsCore competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.Commercial judgement and sound decision-making ability.Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Professionalism, accountability, and a disciplined approach to execution.Collaborative working style and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.Why join us?
