LKDA is looking for an experienced senior client service and account manager to join the team on key existing and new TTL accounts. It is expected that the candidate has sound knowledge and experience in strategic marketing principles to drive projects with clients and support agency teams. Client service/account management: daily account responsibilities Key representative and liaison between agency and new + existing clients on senior levelMeeting with clients to evaluate and identify requirements based on objectives/goals and strategyAbility to develop and prepare accurate, in depth briefs with expected outcomes based on identified objectivesAlignment and planning with creative director and strategist on account requirementsFull ownership (hands-on) and management of all client-related projects and briefsClear understanding of requirements (job to be done) to manage next steps within agency teams and expectations from clientPreparing and presenting cost estimates based on scope of project and deliverables (internally and to client)Manage and compile accurate and detailed weekly status reports for internal and external status meetingsManage clients’ budgets and monthly billings against agency/project outputExplore and identify business opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling by the agencyProject management: Project-related responsibilities Development and planning of roll out plans, time frames and milestones based on project requirements Driving the process with continuous alignment with teams in traffic, creative, strategy and other departments to ensure project milestones and deadlines are metEnsure that cost estimates are accurate, approved and billed timeouslyPreparing briefs to the production team (internal) + media partners (external)Presenting work and feedback to client and agency teamsManage and update project status for weekly reports and status meetingsManage artwork approval process, proof checking against brief, manage amendment process and secure sign-­offComplete project recons and evaluation of cost estimates for final billingRequired Minimum five years experience in advertising, design or branding agencyProven experience in account and project management with referencesQualification in marketing, account management, branding/advertising from reputable institutionsFull awareness of creative processes (to bring a project to life)Excellent presentation and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpretation and writing skillsExcellent skill and knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote, Word and ExcelExceptional project management skills with attention to detailAdvantageous The following experience/skills will be highly beneficial to the candidate Experience in strategy and brand managementUnderstanding and knowledge of digital marketing requirementsExperience in B2B and B2C brandsExperience in Chase / credible agency softwareApplication requirements Please ensure you include the following information with your application (in Mail) Comprehensive track record (CV)Typical day in your current role/agency (To understand your current environment)Typical current team (To understand the current size of your team)Reason for seeking new opportunityCurrent and expected salary
