Senior Radio Traffic Manager

Who are we: We are a leading South African media group delivering radio advertising solutions to clients and agencies across the country. Who are we looking for: We are looking for an experienced Senior Radio Traffic Manager with strong radio traffic, scheduling and commercial operations experience. You will be highly organised, numerate and detail-oriented, with experience managing bookings, reconciliations and billing in a fast-paced radio environment. What will you do: Manage radio bookings from capture through to broadcast and reconciliation Ensure accurate scheduling of spots, sponsorships, value-adds and airtimeOversee traffic deadlines, broadcast logs, make-goods and missed spotsManage month-end reconciliations and ensure accurate handover to FinanceMonitor inventory and provide sales and revenue insightsProduce traffic, sales and inventory reportsEnsure compliance with broadcasting and traffic regulationsProvide oversight and support to traffic teamsWork closely with sales, programming, finance, agencies and clients Maintain and improve traffic systems and processesWhat will you need: Matric / grade 12 3+ years' radio traffic, broadcast scheduling or commercial operations experienceExperience with month-end reconciliations and finance/billingKnowledge of radio traffic systems such as Zetta, GSelector, TBS, RCS or AirwavesStrong Excel and MS Office skillsExcellent numerical, analytical and reporting abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of broadcasting regulations and ARA requirementsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsJohannesburg/Sandton based
