Who are we looking for: We are looking for a creatively driven Senior Designer with 6–8+ years of design experience, strong conceptual skills and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will oversee design quality, manage and mentor a Designer, and deliver exceptional creative work across multiple brands and platforms. What will you do: Develop creative concepts and design assets for integrated campaigns, digital, social media, print and corporate communicationsCreate presentations, infographics, reports, brand materials and campaign collateralEnsure design quality, consistency and adherence to brand guidelinesReview and approve all design work before delivery or publicationManage, guide and mentor the designer, providing creative direction and feedbackCollaborate with creative, content, account and traffic teams to manage briefs and deadlinesOversee multiple projects while maintaining high creative standardsImprove design processes, templates and workflowsPresent and explain creative concepts to internal teams and clients when requiredWhat will you need: 6–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a creative, advertising, digital or communications agencyA strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and excellent design executionAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with working knowledge of CanvaStrong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides or CanvaExcellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, branding and visual storytellingExperience in digital design, social media content, integrated campaigns and corporate communicationsPrevious experience mentoring or managing designers and approving creative workKnowledge of print production and digital artwork specificationsStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureMotion graphics, video editing, Figma and AI-assisted creative tools would be advantageousLocation: Cape Town / Johannesburg (Hybrid)
