Security Manager overseeing security operations, managing CCTV and surveillance systems and leading investigations into theft and security breaches, requiring a diploma or degree in Criminology, Security Management or Law Enforcement and minimum 3-5 years security management experience, in a construction and manufacturing environment, on-site role.

Juyons Kenya is looking for a qualified and experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations across our company facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations and procedures.
• Ensure protection of company assets, employees, materials and equipment.
• Manage and monitor CCTV, surveillance, access control, alarms and other security gadgets/systems.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Supervise security guards and outsourced security service providers.
• Lead investigations into theft, security breaches and other incidents.
• Maintain security records and prepare incident reports for management.
• Liaise with the Police and other relevant security agencies when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Forensic Science, Law Enforcement or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in security management.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in CCTV, surveillance and security technology.
• Experience in security investigations and loss prevention.
• Military, Police or Law Enforcement background is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and report-writing skills.
• Must be able to work in a construction/site environment and respond to security incidents when required.
