Are you a results-driven sales leader? Join us as a Team Leader and lead our Trade and Tuktuk Sales Representatives in driving sales volumes, revenue, product availability, and visibility across the assigned territory through effective leadership and commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Drive achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Product & Stock Availability. Ensure consistent product availability across retail outlets and maintain appropriate stock levels at uplift points.
- Trade Float Management: Monitor trade float, stock, and cash, ensuring proper controls and timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Asset Management: Ensure effective utilization and accountability of company vehicles, tuk-tuks, phones, and customer assets.
- Administration: Monitor team attendance, leave, and compliance with established company processes.
- Promotions & Execution: Plan and execute regional BTL activities, identify market gaps, and collaborate with Marketing to address them.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the team through clear objectives, coaching, performance management, talent development, and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Risk Management: Identify sales and operational risks, implement mitigation measures, and support business continuity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Studies or any related field Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- At least 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
