URGENTLY WANTED: SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FURNITURE DIVISION
LOCATION: NDOLA
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and target-driven Sales Representative to join our Furniture Division in Kitwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving furniture sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across both individual and corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell office and home furniture to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Respond to customer enquiries through various channels, including ERP systems.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and pending orders to convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular sales updates.
- Achieve set sales targets and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in promotions, showroom activities, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism and product presentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in furniture or retail sales.
- Good computer literacy; ERP experience is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
