Job description
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Solwezi, Zambia
We invite applications from suitably qualified members of the public to fill the position of Sales Representative at our Solwezi Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximise sales at the front office.
- Sell products and services to prospective customers using positive and persuasive communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
- A qualification in Sales will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same or a related field is an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be computer literate.
