About the Role: Sales & Marketing Executives
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Prime Location Properties Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success by generating leads, promoting residential land developments, and closing sales. This position offers an exciting blend of client engagement, marketing strategy implementation, and sales negotiation, all within a supportive and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads through proactive outreach
- Conduct property site visits and provide tailored client consultations
- Promote residential land developments using digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and referrals
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and flexible payment plans
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Represent the company at exhibitions and community events
Candidate Requirements for Sales and Marketing Jobs in Lusaka
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, marketing, or real estate
- Experience in property sales is advantageous
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with computers and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
