VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ SWIFT CAPITAL INSURANCE BROKERS POSITION: SALES AGENT (COMMISSION BASED)Location: Blantyre and LilongweJOB DESCRIPTION Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.Sell the Company’s specific range of insurance products.Develop, track and meet individual performance targets.Work in specific allocated markets.Relationship management – creation of new markets and managing the relationships through regular follow ups.Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.Monitors competition and market developments.Minimum RequirementsDiploma in Business Studies, Marketing Management, Insurance.Not less than 2 years’ experience in sales.Team Player.Negotiating skills.Self-starter.Good English command.HOW TO APPLY Interested applicants should submit their application with a detailed curriculum vitae, cover letter and names of three traceable referees by 31st July 2026 to loans@swiftcapital.mw.
