VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ Mudi SACCO LTDPOSITION: RISK & COMPLIANCE OFFICER Location: Head Office – BlantyreKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement the risk and compliance framework across the organizationEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and proceduresConduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential riskDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategiesReview and update the organization’s risk and compliance policies and proceduresProvide regular reports on risk and compliance issues to senior management and the board of directorsConduct compliance training for staff and managementMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or any related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in R & C, operations risk, etc in the financial services sectorAbility to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reportsProven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.High attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsSound independent judgmentHigh performance attitude, resilience, honest and high integrity.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHow to Apply: Send application letter & CVs to hr@mudisaccomw.com, please include “Risk & Compliance Officer” in the subject line of your email.Closing Date: 21st August, 2026
