Key Responsibilities

Support execution of retail business strategies and track progress against operational KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional work with internal stakeholders (Customer Service Centre, Finance/Credit, etc.) on behalf of the sales team. Maintain high standards of business integrity aligned with corporate policies. Contribute to annual business planning through accurate retail and operational data gathering and validation. Lead or support internal projects such as customer data management, HSSEQ reporting and contract management. Assist with strategic initiatives and digital tools (e.g., Winshuttle/SAP account creation). Coordinate and track retail sales-team deliverables, including meetings, travel and administrative logistics. Ensure compliance with Vivo Energy Namibia’s Credit Policy, including managing overdue debts, Average Days Late (ADL) and bad-debt risk. Act as the HSSEQ focal point, compiling monthly reports.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification. Strong administrative, coordination and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; excellent written and verbal communication.
