Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the service station and convenience shop Ensure exceptional customer service Monitor fuel sales, shop sales, and overall branch profitability Control stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and reconciliation procedures Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards Monitor fuel deliveries, pump operations and related controls Handle customer queries, complaints and operational issues professionally Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained Assist with promotions, marketing initiatives and sales growth activities Manage staff schedules, attendance and overall performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and company

Requirements

Namibian citizenship Grade 12 certificate Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or fuel station operations Previous supervisory or management experience required Strong leadership and people management

Good financial, stock control and administrative

Computer literacy Excellent communication and customer service
