WE ARE HIRING
RESERVATIONS AGENT (1) – LUSAKA
ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to manage guest reservations, respond to enquiries and ensure a smooth booking experience from enquiry to arrival.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, hotel reception or a similar hospitality role.
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and systems (Opera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
