Production and Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

This a factory based position - production supervision and maintenance schedule planning - machines and factory maintenance plans within a fast paced flexible packaging manufacturing plant.  Skills required: MatricPrevious production supervision and maintenance planning and scheduling experience gained in a production/manufacturing environment - print/packaging/textile manufacturingGood working knowledge of production processes and related machine maintenance requirementsBasic understanding of electrical and mechanical machine issues - brushes, bearings et alAble to oversee general building maintenance - welding, minor repairsIdeally knowledge of weaving machines - fabric Willing to pursue a career in production (manufacturing)Good working knowledge of production machinery and processesStrong computer skills - MS Office, SAGE/similarAble to overtime and occasional Saturdays when requiredOwn transportValid licenseAble to start ASAPMust currently reside in Pretoria North/surrounds
