Procurement Jobs. Transwide Pharmaceuticals Jobs. Procurement Officer overseeing procurement and warehousing and managing customer returns, requiring a diploma-level qualification with 1-2 years experience and pharmaceutical knowledge, in a pharmaceutical environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Coordinate with procurement to meet stock requirements promptly.
• Oversee procurement and warehousing: proper storage, FIFO, expiries, and item condition.
• Handle and investigate market complaints; respond appropriately.
• Manage customer returns: raise GRNS, provide reasons, and forward for credit authorization.
• Develop, implement, and review SOPS for quality assurance and operations per GDP, WHO, and best practices.
• Monitor stock movement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Manage returns of slow-moving, overstocked, or near-expiry items.
• Ensure continuous supply of high-quality products, including follow-up in storage.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer documentation.
