Job description

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional certification in procurement, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Registered with the relevant professional procurement body, where applicable.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, hospital equipment, and general hospital procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, tendering procedures, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in procurement/inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
