Amaica The Restaurant Limited is a leading hospitality brand celebrated for authentic African cultural dining experiences. With multiple locations in Nairobi, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and enhance our Food & Beverage operations across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills
• Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
