About the job

We’re hiring a Menu Pricing Analyst at Ando 

• If you’re analytical, commercially minded, and also comfortable getting hands-on with food delivery platforms, this could be a great fit.
• At Ando, we build and scale food brands across Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, and the Ando app. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to own both the numbers behind our menus and the day-to-day management of how our brands show up across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Recipe costing across our brands
• Food cost and margin tracking
• Competitor price benchmarking
• Pricing recommendations across all platforms
• Uploading and setting up new brands and menus across Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, and Ando
• Managing ongoing menu updates including prices, items, modifiers, availability, descriptions, and categories
• Sourcing and selecting suitable food imagery for menu listings where required
• Ensuring menu images, descriptions, pricing, and brand presentation are consistently high quality across platforms
• Supporting new brand launches and ensuring menus are fully live and accurate across all channels
• Coordinating promotions, bundles, and menu changes with Growth, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations
• Identifying low-margin, incorrectly priced, or underperforming menu items and recommending action
• Regular reporting on profitability, pricing, competitor activity, and menu performance

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pricing, menu management, commercial analysis, cost accounting, food-tech, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of food costing, recipe costing, margins, and competitor pricing
• Comfortable managing menus and making updates directly on online food-delivery platforms
• Strong attention to detail — you should be the kind of person who notices when a price, image, description, or modifier is wrong
• Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchens, QSR, food-tech, or food service is strongly preferred
• Prior experience with a food-delivery or food-tech company such as Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, or a similar business is preferred
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good research skills, including the ability to source suitable menu imagery and benchmark competitors online
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred
• You’ll report to the Growth Lead and work closely with Finance, Culinary, Marketing, and Operations.
